By downloading, accessing, or using Vayna, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app. Your continued use of Vayna after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Vayna is a lightweight image-generation app designed for overseas users who want to preview clothing design sketches as realistic model presentation images. Users may upload a single fashion sketch or flat garment design, select a display style such as Studio, Street, or Clean Catalog, and choose a body template such as Female, Male, or Neutral. The app uses automated AI tools to transform the uploaded design into one main model preview image that emphasizes garment shape, layers, color, and overall presentation mood.
The service is intended for independent fashion designers, small studios, and e-commerce preparation users who need a fast visual reference before sampling or shooting. Vayna also provides basic features such as saving generated images, sharing results, regenerating outputs, keeping a local history of recent results, and deleting records. The app is designed as a reference tool and does not replace professional pattern making, fitting, or final production work.
You must be at least 17 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Vayna. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you use Vayna on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, Vayna grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, unless we expressly allow otherwise in writing. You may use the app to upload your own fashion sketches, generate model preview images, and store or share those results as permitted by the app’s features.
You are responsible for all content that you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to Vayna, including any sketches, photos, design files, text prompts, and other materials. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use and submit such content. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of your content and for any consequences arising from your use of it.
You agree not to use Vayna for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; using the app to create or promote illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, or exploitative content; attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its systems; using bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated means to access the service; bypassing usage limits or payment requirements; introducing malware or other harmful code; and misrepresenting the generated results as authentic photographs, endorsements, or verified production outcomes where they are not.
Vayna, including its software, design, features, interfaces, logos, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of Vayna except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Vayna, including your fashion sketches and other materials you provide. By submitting content to the app, you grant us a temporary, limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely as necessary to operate the service, generate model preview images, maintain security, and provide requested features. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. To the extent generated results include elements derived from your input, you may use those results subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights.
Vayna’s outputs are generated automatically and are provided for informational, creative, and reference purposes only. We do not guarantee that generated results will be accurate, complete, realistic, or suitable for any particular purpose. Results may differ from the original sketch, may not reflect actual fabric behavior, drape, fit, manufacturing details, or final production appearance, and should not be used as a substitute for professional sampling, fitting, or quality control. You use and rely on generated results at your own risk.
Vayna may offer consumable in-app purchases in the form of virtual coins through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Coins are used to access generation features and may be consumed when you create or regenerate results. Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for money, and may not be transferred except as allowed by the platform provider. All purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law and platform policies.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that Vayna will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, content, or functionality at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, technical, or business reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vayna is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability. We do not warrant that the app or any generated output will meet your expectations or requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Vayna. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim, or if none, the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vayna, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the app, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Vayna at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the service in an unauthorized manner. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, subject to any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may post the updated version within the app or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised version. Your continued use of Vayna after the effective date of any changes means that you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or your use of Vayna will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
