Vayna (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a lightweight AI image generation app that helps users transform fashion sketches and garment design drafts into model preview images. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect information when you use the Vayna mobile application and related services.

We do NOT use your information for AI training. We do NOT use your information for advertising. We do NOT use your information for profiling. We do NOT sell your information.
Vayna does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, face matching, or identity verification. We do not create or store face templates. If an uploaded image contains a face, it is processed only as part of the image-generation workflow and not for identifying any person.
Uploaded content is deleted after processing, as described below.
All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data.
When you upload a sketch or image, it is transmitted securely to our servers for generation, processed to create a model preview image, and then deleted after processing. Temporary processing data is deleted after completion. Your content is NOT used for model training, model optimization, or any future AI training dataset.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data. We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.
We may use limited third-party services only for cloud storage, server hosting, delivery, logging, crash reporting, or basic infrastructure operations. These third parties act solely on our behalf and under our instructions. They are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and are not permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.
All AI processing occurs on our own servers only. There is no advertising use, no data selling, and no AI training based on user content.
If you clear app data or delete a generated result from history, it will be removed from your device. Any remaining records retained for operational or legal purposes will be limited to what is necessary.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit where supported, access controls, least-privilege principles, and secure deletion practices. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Your information may be processed in different regions where we or our service providers operate. This may include transfers to countries or regions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to help protect your information during such transfers.

Vayna is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
